Deep rich flavor combined with tenderness creates an exceptional eating experience and is truly the center piece of any meal.
Cut into 2-3 smaller steaks at roughly 1.5" thick, which allows for a nice caramelized crust and a perfect pink interior.
Cut to 1-1.2lb each, frozen. Each pack contains 2-3 individual steaks. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
*this steak is labeled as grass finished (instead of grass-fed). Most of these vaca vieja animals are purchased from other producers and then grazed at our farm for a year, being finished exclusively on grass. Their diets before coming to our farm were largely grass-based, but we can't guarantee 100% grass-fed until they are under our care.
